BEFORE booking, please read all of the information below. By booking, you are agreeing to these policies.


PMU Brows

- Please look through the information on this page: www.radiantskinandbrows.com/microblading . There are some health and skin conditions that may prevent you from being a candidate for microblading/shading or require a signed doctor's note for the treatment.

- If you have previous PMU, please email well-lit pictures of your brows with no makeup to radiantskinandbrows@gmail.com so I can determine if your brows are faded enough or in a shape that I can work over BEFORE booking.

- You may only book touch-up appointments if you are a returning client of mine. Any other appointments must be booked as a new brow appointment.


BOOKING POLICIES

- After booking, please fill out the intake form on your confirmation EMAIL by clicking the "intake form" button. Read this information thoroughly and follow the pre-treatment instructions to prepare for the appointment. (This includes all appointments)

- If you cannot find a time that works for you, please contact me and we will find a time that fits both our schedules!

- A nonrefundable retainer is required to book microblading/shading appointments. This retainer may be transferred ONCE to a different date if rescheduling with a 24 hour notice. No call, no shows and cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice may not transfer their retainers.

- All other appointments require a valid card on file. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will be charged a fee 50% of the service total. No call/no show appointments will be charged 75% of the service.

- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule with a new retainer / be charged a 50% cancellation fee depending on appt type. Please contact me as soon as you know you will be late and I will try to accommodate if possible.

- There are no refunds on any services/products/retainers/fees paid.
