**For parents with children age 5-11 years.**
Effective Tuesday November 2, 2021 the Pfizer vaccine was approved by the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) .

Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine is now fully FDA approved for people 18 and older for 1st & 2nd doses. The Emergency Use Authorization is still in effect for children ages 12-17.
Pfizer is a 2-dose series and you will automatically be schedule for your 2nd shot at the appropriate time. This will be reviewed with you at your first appointment.

for Disease and Control (CDC) updated their guidelines for boosters. Everyone
ages 18 and older are eligible to receive a booster shot
IF YOU RECEIVED Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna
You should get a booster if you are:
Ages 50 years and older
18 years and older and live in a long-term care setting
You may get a booster if you are: Ages 18 years and older
When to get a booster: At least 6 months after completing your primary COVID-19
IF YOU RECEIVED Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen
should get a booster if you are: 18
years or older
When to get a booster: At least 2 months after your shot.
