If you would like to buy a multi-day daycare pack, be sure to purchase a pack under the "Multi-Visit Packages: Daycare" first before booking any daycare days.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES
  • Group classes are nonrefundable.
  • Daycare purchases, by the day or packages, are nonrefundable, but daycare can be rescheduled up to 5pm the prior day.
  • Boarding bookings are nonrefundable, but please see detailed cancellation policies below specifically for boarding bookings.
  • No shows for daycare & boarding are nonrefundable.
Please note: Daycare packages expire 6 months after purchase date and Advanced Drop In packages expire 3 months after purchase date.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BOARDING SERVICES
Boarding with High Drive is an extension of all the training we teach, and this service is here to support our clients who are doing the work to nurture a stable, balanced, and confident dog. Sometimes we have clients who board with us but aren't doing the work, and we can tell. In that case Carly would give you feedback on training needed in order to use our services again.

Boarding spots are extremely limited, so book early, especially for spring break and federal holidays. If a date is grayed out it means we are full, and unlikely to be able to make exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE, OUR REFUND POLICY FOR BOARDING HAS CHANGED AS OF MAY 24, 2023. This new policy will apply to all boarding purchased on and after May 24, 2023:

Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the start date of boarding for normal dates, and at least 14 days in advance of spring break and federal holidays, to be eligible for credit.

We will no longer offer refunds for cancelled boarding. We will offer a credit only for the total number of nights booked. The credit for cancelled boarding will be good for 1 year from the cancellation date. Credit is for future boarding reservations only, and is not transferrable to other services.

This policy change is made in an effort to continue to serve our core clients. Our core clients value the behavior work we maintain when their dogs are boarding with us and would always be fine with a credit over a refund because they will always continue to board with us. As a small business, we cannot have folks who are not our core clients booking boarding only to cancel it at the last minute expecting a refund. It's not sustainable, especially in the current economic climate, and if we continued that way we would end up shutting down our kennel and we know for certain our core clients do not want that. Thanks for supporting the work we do to help dogs thrive!
