Booking – Welcome Sugar - to secure your treatment you are required to pay 50% of the total cost of your treatment. The deposit is non-refundable. You do have the option to pay the full amount when booking. Any outstanding balance must be paid at the end of your appointment by cash/transfer
Please fill in your new client consultation and health screening questionnaire to the best of your ability, no earlier than 24 hours prior to arriving for your appointment. This is to ensure we have the most up to date information about you. Please have this complete BEFORE attending your appointment. The link is below

Refunds & Rescheduling
Please give at least 48hours notice before your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule. You will be able to reschedule your appointment once after that you will need to pay another deposit.
Please note that refunds are ONLY applicable for extenuating/unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask all clients to book their appointments around their availability. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, it can be done via our email

RE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS MUST BE DONE IN THE MONTH THAT YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED
Lateness – Please do not be more than 10 minutes late, we wouldn’t want to rush your BSF experience. If you are late more than 10 minutes then an additional £5 will be added to your bill. After 15 minutes that will count as a no show and you will have to reschedule and pay another deposit.
Guests-Please arrive alone as there isn't a waiting area and for Covid protocols we'd like minimal contact. If you arrive with guests they will be turned away.
Menstrual – If you are on your menstrual during the time of your appointment you can still go ahead with it, just please wear a tampon/cup. Let us know beforehand so that we can take extra care of you
Maintenance - Clients should book every 4 weeks to ensure hair reduction and to get the most out of your appointment, once you've exceeded 4 weeks you'll need to book the 'NEW CLIENT' treatment
Upon arrival please have a mask ready to be worn throughout your time in the studio
Prep for your appointment
Please avoid exfoliating the areas that will be treated within 48 hours
Wear loose clothing to avoid friction
Please arrive cleansed, wipes will also be provided for you before we start your treatment
Bring a clean pair of underwear as you may sweat during your treatment
Do not trim we can do that for you
