Being creative benefits our mental and emotional health. Whether it’s drawing, singing, playing music, writing, baking, dancing or gardening, having a creative outlet can work wonders for your mind. When we get into a creative ‘flow’ – the state that you get into when you’re completely absorbed in something - it helps to increase your positive emotions and reduce anxiety. In this weeks wellbeing workshop we'll be learning some macrame (its just tying knots in rope!) and creating a wall hanging!
