IMPORTANT SESSION INFORMATION

• We hope your experience with us is pleasurable and unforgettable! Please help our busy studio to run smoothly and efficiently by familiarizing yourself with the following information.

• You are allowed to arrive for your session 15 minutes early to prepare your hair, makeup, select clothing, and etc.

• The time scheduled and booked is the exact time your session will start. Due to other appointments and scheduling we do not have time to wait due to tardiness or unpreparedness. I apologize but your session will still start at the time you booked.

• Sessions are available Thursday thru Monday.

• All sessions require a non-refundable retainer that goes towards session total if shoot is cancelled or you do not show up the retainer is forfeited.

• With more than a 48 hour notice I offer rescheduling. The client is only allowed one opportunity to reschedule the shoot before forfeiting their retainer. With less than a 48 hour notice you forfeit your photo session retainer. If you do not show up for your session you automatically forfeit your retainer fee

• For the final payment we accept all major credit cards, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal and cash.

• You are allowed to bring one guest with you. Minors that are being photographer must bring a parent or guardian.

• We love that you love your children and that they love to be around you but in order to allow you to have the ultimate experience we ask that you do not bring children with you unless they are being photographed.

• Additional digital copies can be purchased for $25 each additional image.

• Prints can be ordered in the online gallery

• Canvases can be ordered through the photographer

• My Average turnaround time is 14 days from the date that you submit your final selections for editing, if you need images quicker, please select the express edits option.)

• We have some props but you may need to bring specific props with you. (e.g., balloons, cakes, flowers, themed items and etc.). Please feel free to contact us to ask about specific props.
