Here are a few policies to review before booking, please read:

• A deposit amount depending on desired service is required to book your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. New appt., new deposit!
• Please do your best to be on time! If running late don't hesitate to contact me (704-293-0261). I don't charge a late fee; however, I do have a 15 min grace period. If not seated within 15 minutes of your appointment time your appointment will be cancelled, no exceptions!
• No extra guests! If an exception has to be made feel free to contact me prior to your appointment time.
• Please come with a clean face free of oils and makeup.

Remaining balance is to be paid preferably with cash! Other forms of payment include Cash App, Venmo and Apple Pay.

Same day/ squeeze in appointments are an additional $50! This is anytime within 24 hours of your desired appointment time. 50% of the total is required to confirm the appointment.

Cancellations: I understand life happens I just ask that you be respectful of my time and do your best to contact me at least 12 hours before your appointment time. No call, no shows will no longer be able to book.

Travel: Contact me prior to booking as this option is not always available due to scheduling. If available it will be an additional $0 and can vary for different situations (parking fees, distance, etc.)
