Thank you for trusting Loc it up natural hair salon to maintenance your hair. A $25 deposit is REQUIRED when booking your appointment which goes towards your service and is NON refundable. Balance to be paid by CASH OR ZELLE PERFERRED but we do take all other forms of payment with an ADDITIONAL $5 SERVICE FEE

Please DO NOT bring your work to the shop. We don’t want to stop doing your hair or whisper because you’re in a meeting or have to take a call. Please be on time with NO EXTRA PEOPLE. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a $25 late fee, if you are more than 30 minutes late you will have to reschedule AND send another deposit. If you cancel on the day of your service you will be charged FULL PRICE unless it’s an emergency. If you no call/no show YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE. You can reschedule twice before you'll have to pay another deposit.

Be sure to book EVERY service you want. nothing will be done at your appointment that was not booked including take downs.

Yes, we do emergency/after hours appointments for a fee and yes we do squeeze in appointments for a fee as well. please call for specifics.
