ALL appointments MUST be booked online AND require a deposit. The ONLY appointments taken over the phone will be requests for SAME-DAY service!
Deposits will be deducted from the total price of your services. If there is any reason that you cannot make it, please reschedule within 24 hours. Deposits are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY ALL digital payments (Zelle, CashAp, and Venmo) MUST be paid BEFORE you leave the chair!! ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE ON CREDIT!!
LATE POLICY Please be on time. You have a 15-minute Grace Period. After 15 minutes there will be a $20 charge. After 30 minutes you will be considered a No Call-No Show.
NO CALL-NO SHOW Clients will be charged AND billed for the full service, 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Please call 337-504-9047 to let me know if you will not be able to make your appointment. No Call-No Show clients will not be allowed to schedule a new appointment until the service is paid in full.
