Our classes are challenging and well-paced, however, we do our very best to layer them and adjust for injuries/issues so that you feel you can select the right option for you.
If you have any injuries, struggle in certain positions, or struggle with moving from one position to another, we advise a 1-1 session first.
Email Helen if you can't find a 1-1 slot available online, we can sometimes add more 1-1 sessions that we don't have available online.
If the class time you would like is not showing it will be because it is FULLY BOOKED, you can email Helen to add yourself to our WAITLIST.
