Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations prevent others who rely on Spudnik Press to access our equipment. We expect members to treat reservations seriously. The following protocol is in place to ensure fair access for everyone in our community:
- All reservations must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 18 hours notice.
- A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled within 18 hours. “No call, no shows” will be charged for the full reservation. New reservations cannot be made until late fees are paid in full.
- Please speak with staff regarding reservations that exceed 8 hours/day, 16 hours/week, or are 45+ days in advance.
A valid credit or debit card is required to hold all reservations, and will be charged in the case of late cancellations, "no call, no shows" and studio fines.
Studio Access Trainings & Private Lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Open Studio & Keyholder reservations do not require payment at the time of booking.
