Covid-19 Precautionary measures
Wearing a proper mask covering both your mouth and nose is REQUIRED if NOT vaccinated.
If you feel sick please DO NOT schedule an appointment.
All equipment is sanitized prior to your arrival to maximize the safety of each client.
If you have been completely vaccinated you DO NOT have to wear a mask.
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable security deposit or full payment that will go towards the treatment or service balance on the day of service.
A deposit or full payment must be made before your appointment is confirmed. If you are purchasing a treatment package you will be responsible for scheduling all three appointments at one time and pay in full for all three treatments after your initial appointment. Remember appointments are limited.You MUST booked your Laser Lipo appointments at least 3 days apart.
There is a 3% SQUARE PROCESSING FEE on all credit cards, debit cards, and invoice transactions, and non-refundable deposits per Square. This fee has been added to both deposit and full payment pricing, online. To avoid any processing fees please bring one of the following forms of payment to pay your balance if you have one:

In order for VSculpt & VFit to provide you with the best results possible, you MUST arrive on time. If you are a “no show” or you are more than 15 minutes late your $50 non-refundable deposit/full payment or will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All rescheduling and cancellations shall be made 24 hours in advance in order not to forfeit your deposit or full payment. All rescheduling and cancellations are to be made directly through your Acuity login. You are only allowed to reschedule two times. Anything after requires another non-refundable deposit.
Please use a valid phone number and email address when booking appointments. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you DO NOT have an appointment. Please verify that you received a confirmation email. NO EXCEPTIONS!
The location of your appointment will be given after your non-refundable deposit is confirmed. For all VSculpt appointments Drink PLENTY of WATER & BRING your WAIST TRAINER. If you do not have one you can purchase one on the day of your service.
Guests are NOT allowed in the studio when you are receiving treatment. If you bring someone they will have to wait in the vehicle.
If you are unhappy with your results, unfortunately, there are no refunds. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or RETURNS under any circumstances for any service or product. NO EXCEPTIONS!
