This conditioning class incorporates dynamic conditioning drills with active and passive stretches to improve mobility, range of motion, strength, and flexibility. Each class will target one major area of our body (abs/core, arms and shoulders, back, hips and legs) or a dance-focused bendy goal (backbends, shoulder mobility, front splits, middle splits, etc.). While this class focuses on strength and flex goals for dancers, it is open to all - no experience needed!
