Free consultation for corporate wellness, individualized services, and energy cleanse

Energy Cleanse

45 minutes @ $75.00

Energy Clearing and Healing requires a consultation prior to the actual service. The consultation can be virtual; however, the clearing will not take place without it.

YOMEI Workshop

Individual YOMEI Workshop

1 hour 30 minutes @ $250.00

The YOMEI workshop is 5 sessions held weekly. These can be conducted in-person (Wimauma, FL) or virtual. Each session includes:

* 30 Minutes of Emotional Intelligence / Life Coaching (with homework)
* 10-15 Minute Practical, Everyday Mindfulness Practice Coaching
* 45 Minute Yoga Session
