This appointment sets up a quick phone chat for us to get to know each other and to answer any questions you have before booking your first in person appointment.

For new clients only: Are you ready to get back in touch with your body and find balance and relaxation? This premium service includes plenty of time to go over your health history, a thorough post session wrap up and a breakdown of session findings and recommendations to take home.

This session is ideal for clients who are medically delicate and who's bodies get overwhelmed with 60 min or work. A 30 min session is also perfect for a pediatric session where only the child under 12 is being treated. This is not a good choice for a first time client as it does not give us time to talk about your issues. If you need to test the waters before committing to a new client session, I understand and invite you to schedule a free consultation.
