Please note that my services are exclusively offered online.
Online sessions work the same way as traditional therapy sessions, with only one difference: we will not be in the same room.
Once you schedule a session, you will receive a confirmation email. Please let me know if you have any preferred platform to use, such as Google Meet, Zoom, or FaceTime. I will send you a link or invitation to join the meeting shortly before your scheduled session time.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet and private space, and a device with a camera and microphone. When the time comes for the appointment, click on the link, and we will see and hear each other in real-time during the session via the use of webcams.
During the session, we will have a conversation as in an in-person meeting.
