Final payment can be paid in Cash, Apple Pay, Cashapp or Zelle. Please bring exact change if paying with cash.
LATENESS
You have a 10 minute grace period before you're charged a late fee of $10.
After 15 minutes your appointment is automatically cancelled and you will be charged your remaining balance.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
You have 24 hours prior to your appointment time to make any changes. You must cancel within 24 hours; Otherwise you will charged your remaining balance.
No Call No Show = banned & charged remaining balance

We have a NO refund policy
You have 48 hours to report and schedule a free lash touch up. Touch ups must be scheduled within 48 hours of contact.
If you are experiencing an allergic reaction, you need to contact us ASAP. Sometimes, it can take up to 3 days before you notice any type of reaction.

Please wear comfortable clothing, services could last up to 2+ hrs
LASH FILLS - Must be scheduled 21 days from last appointment date. You must have at least 40%-50% of eyelashes remaining to qualify for a fill. If you can count your lashes, its a full set. After 21 days your lashes become a full set and removal
