UPDATED POLICY AND SERVICE FEES AS OF 02/01/23
BOOKING POLICY- As we all know life happens, so you have one chance to reschedule your appointment if needed. If by any chance you’ll need to reschedule the 2nd date you’ll be forfeiting your deposit. No call/show will also result in you forfeiting your deposit. Clients must come washed and blown dry not straight(no Dominican blow outs) with no heavy products added to the hair. if adding hair or beads, please provide them and text me if you need help on what hair to purchase, thank you.

SERVICE- Please read the section and service you choose thoroughly. If by any chance you choose the wrong service, and you don't realize until the day of service you'll have to reschedule; if the desired service will go pass the allotted time slot. If in doubt of what to choose, you can text me a picture of what you like and I'll guide you through. if you don't see the time you want there, that means its unavailable. Kids are ages 1-12 years old. you must book under women for 13 years and above.I do not provide hair or beads. time and cost varies from what's listed depending on alterations. add-ons must be chosen at time of booking, no add-ons allowed at the time of service, WHAT YOU BOOK IS WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE!!!
LATE FEES-Due to my tight schedule, after being 15 minutes late there will be a $15 late fee added to your balance AND YOUR DESIRED STYLE WILL BE ALTERED!! if you hit the 20 minute mark you’ll forfeit your deposit and appointment.
DEPOSIT-The Non-refundable deposit is $26.50, $25 of the deposit goes towards the hairstyle.You don't need PayPal to book an appointment, there is a credit/debit card option available once you click the PayPal sign.
SKIP THE LINE COUPON-The Skip the line coupon is $20, it can only be used for 1 appointment for the following month that is currently not open for bookings(for example if the current book that's open is January the skip the line coupon will be for February ONLY); you'll need to purchase a ticket for every appointment you would like to book. if by any chance you need to reschedule it has to be in the same month the original appointment was for, (for example if you purchase the ticket for February your reschedule date has to be in February ) if not you'll have to wait until the month you want is open for bookings. THE PRICE OF THE TICKET DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, ONLY $25 OF YOU DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TO YOUR HAIRSTYLE. BALANCES- Your balance must be paid in cash or through zelle. CASH APP IS NOT ACCEPTED!!
CANCELLATION- Your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited if
1. You are 20 minutes late
2. Your hair is dirty or tangled
3. A child is unable to sit still while the service is being provided
4. No call/show
5.Cancel your rescheduled appointment
COVID RULES-Please wear your mask and no extras are allowed with you. only children can be accompanied by one adult.
