The kid's class is held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ages 4-7: 4:00-4:45pm Ages 8-12: 4:45-5:30pm Ages 13 and up join the adult class on M, W, F Benefits of Training Kung Fu: •Great workout that gets kids moving their whole body. •We teach the kids the importance of manners, respect and discipline. •We also address how to prevent and deal with dangerous situations. •Training and Kung Fu develops a child’s: balance, flexibility, coordination and strength.
