SoulWork:
Each month you will receive additional resources to help you guide your way forward. This includes hand outs, links to articles, podcasts or videos that will help understand the conversation and support the patterns that you are committed to shifting. In addition links for professional surveys might be suggested to simply gain more clarity and receive more feedback on what is influencing your current experience of life.

Commitment:
Selecting a specific time each week that is held as sacred. For example, Thursdays at 1pm, without rescheduling unless of course there is an emergency. Making yourself accountable, even though I will hold you accountable, to showing up. Even in our off weeks, use this time to practice from the sacred self care tool kit so you begin to practice the art of making your soul your priority.

You will always want to take 10-30 minutes beforehand to reflect and center before our session to be present and not waste the time together. It is not the time for running errands, doing dishes, laundry or being distracted by the computer.

Being able to be in a quiet setting without distraction and able to tune into your own heart and soul is where you will receive value, be supported, seen, loved and connect to a healing way of living. Our time will clear out confusion so we can welcome in clarity.

In addition to the private sessions you will receive insights that help you cultivate awareness and stay inspired, monthly energetics, and tools to use for the rest of your life.

Process: Meeting every 3rd week over the course of 3 seasons/8 months for a total of 16 individual 55 minute sessions to reflect, collaborate and embody the work.

Relationship:
Trust is essential. Confidentiality - both ways as it creates and supports trust. Emotional support, mindset shifts, meditation and transformation are all integrated. Awareness is everything and while it supports the knowledge - taking action in alignment with the awareness is what is going to shift the energy. Small and deliberate shifts infused with your values to make an enormous difference in your life.

Requirement:
Energetic commitment both financially and participatory. What you will receive from your financial investment depends on your investment on showing up to the inner pattern and making shifts to your own values and remaining accountable in the way in which you engage in life. Everything is energy, energy is transformable, making the choice to show up for yourself requires a major dedication to loving your entire self. While I am here to support you, the choices you make will decide the ultimate result of this work. This monthly subscription gives you access to the twice weekly classes offered via the SOULFULLY YOU facebook group and YOUTUBE.

While these classes are ongoing you will have early access to bonus classes as they become available.

This agreement is to simplify the utilization of the virtual YOGA SOUL FLOW 60 minute classes.

You have unlimited access to classes. You are free to cancel your membership at anytime. Please make note of when the billing cycle begins as no refunds will be offered if you choose to cancel.

This subscription is limited to 6 months and the opportunity to renew will be presented prior to the expiration of this agreement.
