In our time together, I hold space to help you reconnect to the flow of unconditional love, compassion, and gratitude at all the levels. Intuitively guided, I check in to your energy flow and help identify the areas of resistance to help you release.
There are many modalities that I offer and recommend those newest to energy-healing start with Reiki Energy Balancing Session for at least 75 minutes. This gives us a few minutes to connect, establish goals, and then dive in to the energy healing.
Consider the following to maximize your experience:
--- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
--- Make time for relaxing and play after your session. Singing, dancing, & laughing are ideal.
---I recommend Green super food smoothies, herbal teas, fresh juices, and soups for best hydration.
---Please avoid alcohol and fried foods afterwards as they constrict the liver. The liver holds emotions and our goal is release.
--Be aware that you may be more sensitive after your session. Make time to process and be gentle with yourself and others.
---Biofield tuning is contraindicated for those who are pregnant, have cancer, or who have a defibrillator pace-maker, but all other session types are available. Please fill out the registration form and read carefully.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
24 hour cancellation notice via text to 706-207-4253 required. Failure to do so will require payment in full which will be applied to a future rescheduled session. This helps me keep my doors open and honors my energy investment to hold space for you in a professional setting.
LATE POLICY:
While life does happen and cause us to be late at times, I have to keep a schedule. Your session will be shortened so I can honor my next clients' schedules. Price will be for the full session booked. Thank you for understanding and supporting a local energy-worker! Shine bright!
