Thank you for visiting our booking site and considering booking a hair service with us. Please carefully read everything below to understand our policies. It’s important here at Stush Extensions that you have an amazing experience with us. We strive to provide the best service and achieve all your hair dreams!
Hours of Operation (APPOINTMENT ONLY)
Monday - Thursday: 9am to 6pm
Friday - Sun: 10am to 5pm
A deposit of $50 is required to book your appointment and is non-refundable. The deposit must be sent after the appointment is booked. Failure to send within 24 hours and your appointment will be unfortunately be canceled.

All deposits will go towards your desired service as well as securing your spot. Deposits are also subtracted from the total cost of your service, the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment. We accept Cash, Cash App, or Zelle.
Please don’t book an appointment if you’re in a rush. Our stylists do their best to perfect all their work. If you know you need to be somewhere, do not book the same day.
If you’re running late, make sure to notify us in advance. All clients have 20 minute grace period, after 20 minutes there will be a fee of $15. Please understand this, as other clients have booked their appointment after yours. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.
COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINE
1. Mask are MANDATORY during the appointment. No mask, No service (We carry extras)
2. Temperatures are taken upon arrival. You will be rescheduled if you show any signs of sickness.
3. All works stations will be throughly sanitized before and after each client.
4. There are no extra guest permitted.
HOW TO COME TO YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT
Please come with your hair freshly washed. If not, we do provide wash services for $25 as an add-on service.
Make sure your hair is product free. NO OILS, LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER, OR GEL. We will apply it for you in your service. Whether it’s your own products or our Stush Extensions hair-care line.
IF YOU’RE BOOKING A WIG INSTALL
The quality of your lace plays an important part for achieving a flawless install. Here at Stush Extensions, we provide great quality wigs at affordable prices. We are able to customize your wig to fit all your needs with our variety of colors and lengths. If you choose to bring your own wig, please make sure to bring good lace to your appointment.
▪️We highly suggest HD, transparent, or swiss lace.
HD LACE: Perfect for ALL skin tones and melts perfectly.
TRANSPARENT LACE: Perfect for light-caramel complexion and some dark tones.
MEDIUM-BROWN LACE (SWISS LACE): Perfect for brown or darker skin.
▪️Your lace should NOT be darker than your skin tone. You will not be able to get that seamless look.
▪️We will not accept the following: grey lace, stained lace, thick or balding hairlines.
▪️All wigs must be dropped off two days before you’re scheduled appointment to be fully customized. You will be texted drop-off location after booking appointment.
▪️We install used wigs with a consult at least 24-48 hours before appointment to ensure that we are able to work your wig.
