A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to book an appointment. This amount will be applied to the total balance of your service.

If Glow Refinery rebooks an appointment the day of a previously completed service, and that appointment is later canceled, the booking fee will be charged to the card on file, on or after the day of a cancelled appointment.

Rebooking fees are mandatory and non-refundable.
