Before booking PLEASE!! read over descriptions/policies carefully.This booking site is à la carte so please be sure to add-on any offered services needed for timing purposes.

SALON ETIQUETTE...... This is a suite style salon, no extra guest will be permitted. I cater to clients 13 years of age and older ONLY!. Please only book for yourself, if you have multiple people in your household, family or friends create a separate profile for them. This helps me determine time needed for styling and connection for emails/text.

*Please don't bring extra products for your hair unless provided by a doctor/specialist.

*Certain services will require a consult or text before booking(it will prompt you to do so).

CANCELLATIONS..... Please Be courteous to text/call asap. 12 hours in advance is appreciated, someone may want that spot. Any time after the 12 hour mark will result in a cancellation fee of half your service booked. Multiple cancellations will result in no future appointments. Fees must be paid in full before any future scheduling. Deposits are nonrefundable/non transferable.

NO CALLS\NO SHOWS....... will result in full payment of the services scheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Reminders are sent out to help in remembering your appointments.

RUNNING LATE..... it happens... Please reach out if you are running behind to make sure it is still ok to come to the appointment. Yet after 20/30 minutes without contact it is then running into someone else's time. May result in rescheduling and/or a fee $50.
