MUSIC VIDEO
When booking a MUSIC VIDEO of either package, please select your IDEAL date for production. Please select the time presented as it will not have any bearing on your production's timing. Once received, I will contact you for a CONCEPT CONSULTATION and secure a specific date and time as well as begin crafting a schedule for your production.
Due to the vast nature of concept possibilities for MUSIC VIDEOS, any additional guests, locations or time will be discussed and priced with the client.
VIDEO PORTRAIT OR PROMO REEL
When booking for a Video Portrait or the Promo Reels, the date and time you select is your actual session date and time unless discussed otherwise during concept consultation. I will contact you within 24hrs after receiving your booking and deposit to schedule the concept consultation. Booking is only available 7 days in advance to allow for time to create your concept.
All sessions will require a nonrefundable deposit. All booking payments will be accepted through Square. Final payment must be made at the end of the session once production wraps.
Once booked and the details of your session have been finalized, all clients for all sessions will receive a contract to sign detailing the specifics of the session.
Video Portrait and Promo Reels will have a 1 week turnaround time. Music Video will have a 2 week turnaround time.
Session add-ons are listed in the add on section of any applicable sessions.
Any out of state sessions will require a travel fee based on location.
General expenses incurred during before, and, or during production such as travel/transportation, prop, equipment, and food (meals of reasonable value) are to be paid for by client. If expenses are expected to be significant, client may be asked to pay full amount of the expected expenses in advance. Client will be invoiced for any reimbursements in the case that they cannot directly make purchases themselves. Where any unexpected expenses may arise during production, either as a result of alterations to the initial concept or otherwise at the request of the client, the client is expected to cover these expenses.
Equipment owned in-house is included in pricing as standard. Any additional outside equipment deemed necessary to produce the concept to the highest quality is to be covered in full by the client.
Any cancellation made more than 48 hours and within 7 days before production is scheduled will result in a loss of work fee charged to client of up to 50% for any time and date set aside for production.
Any cancellation made 48 hours or less prior to scheduled production date will result in a cancellation fee of up to 75%.
If client or parties relevant to client's concept for production need to cancel or reschedule on the day of the shoot, a 90% cancellation fee will be charged. Any rescheduling based on this cancellation will result in a new fee of the initial charge.
