If shampoo services are not added, hair must be detangled NO EXCEPTIONS! A $50 fee will be applied if hair is clean but not detangled! DUE BEFORE SERVICES! If a shampoo is needed, but not scheduled if time is not available, your appointment will need to be rescheduled!
Extra Guest Policy: In order to maintain a comfortable environment, please refrain from bringing extra guests as space is limited.
A CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED FOR NEW CLIENTS BOOKING NATURAL HAIR SERVICES!
Children Styles: A Consultation Must Be Booked For First Time Clients No exceptions! There we will schedule appointment necessary for the next service. For ages 6-10yrs old only! If shampoo services aren’t booked, hair must be shampooed, blown out as straight as possible and PRODUCT FREE! Appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full balance if not.
1B hair is provided for services. If you would like another color please message me at (737) 226-9934. If you would like multiple colors please select the add on service: 2 or more colors and message me.
PAYMENT TERMS
To secure your booking you will be required to provide a credit or debit card details – a 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required in advance, however we do operate a cancellation policy. Remaining Balance can be paid via Cash, Apple Pay ($5 Added), Venmo ($5 Added) or Zelle.
LATE FEE:
You have a 10 minute grace period. There will be a $40 Late Fee Applied DUE BEFORE SERVICES! After 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELED and the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on all services you will be charged FULL PRICE IF YOU CANCEL/NO SHOW within 48hr or on the day of your appointment. To reschedule after said 48hr window a $35 fee will need to be paid, as well as the balance of your appointment. You are allowed 1 reschedule appointment to avoid days being blocked for no-show appointments.
These payments will be automatically charged to the card details you provided at time of booking. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness please reschedule. Any clients who arrive showing symptoms will be denied service. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons the cancellation policy will be waived; however, you will need to provide a doctors note within 7 days of the treatment date and a refund wills be credited to your account.
Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Remote Fees
Travel Fees are as follows $40.00 for home visit up to 20mi, over 21 miles $60.00. Please select at time of visit!
