Booking Time Review


Our office will review all appointment bookings to ensure that we can see as many patients as possible while still complying with government healthcare ordinances. We may need to adjust time slots slightly to fit everyone in, but we'll contact you directly if we need to make any changes to your booking.


Changes to Your Appointment


If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or miss your appointment, the booking fee is forfeited as compensation. However, as long as you make a change 24 hours or more before your appointment, the booking fee will be carried over to your new scheduled slot.


For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, but due to a personal or family emergency or illness, please call us at the clinic (at +65 9002 7937) as soon as possible. We'll find you another time and date, and apply the booking fee to that new appointment.


Appointment Deposit


In order to secure your appointment, a deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This can be paid via the purple PayNow QR code below, or via our UEN: UEN201703295R. $50 will then be deducted from the full treatment fee at the time of your appointment.


Please send a screenshot of your payment to our administrator at +65-9002-7937 and include the patient’s name on the reference so our system can reconcile the appointment and payment. Thank you.
