RESCHEDULING POLICY
You may reschedule a prepaid appointment through the online scheduling system if the request is received up to 24 hours before the appointed day and time. You must receive confirmation from Dr. Johanne that she received your specific requests(email/text) or a general clearing will be provided. There are no refunds for prepaid sessions, services provided, or missed appointments.
