Booking Policies


Online booking is exclusively for our Melrose location. If you would like to request an appointment at your home or from our Beverly Hills location text us for our availability at: 323-377-7024.


Deposit required

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This payment will be deducted from the remaining balance of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be applied towards a future visit. If a no-show occurs or we are not given notice of your cancellation 48 hours in advance, your will need to submit a new deposit to re-book.



New fill clients

If you are a new guest with us and had your original full set applied at a different lash studio, you will need to add the "outside fill" fee when checking out. Outside fills take longer to accommodate consultation, evaluation, and corrective work if necessary. We cannot accommodate outside fills if the existing set exceeds 14mm in length. Purchase of a removal and full set would be required.



Age requirement

We require eyelash extension guests to be at least 18 years old. We may request to see your id / drivers license at the appointment if you appear to look younger.



Late arrival

We cannot accommodate guests running 20 minutes or more behind due to our impacted schedule. A re-booking fee will apply and full payment of your service will be due to reserve the next appointment.
