THE ALTERNATIVE- Innovative Holistic Living, LLC Energy Enhancement System Membership Terms and Agreement: This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned client ("Member") and The Alternative ("Business"). By purchasing the month-to-month membership ("Family Membership") for the Energy Enhancement System, the Member/Family agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Membership Terms, Duration, and Fees: - "Family" refers to Parent/s or Legal Guardian/s of children 18 years old and under. -The Membership is a month-to-month subscription billed at $400.00 per month. -The Membership is automatically renewed monthly from the date the membership is purchased, using the payment method provided at sign-up and until canceled by the Member. 2. Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations must be made before the monthly cycle date of the membership to avoid charges for the next month. -To cancel, the Member must submit a request through the online Member Portal. The cancellation will only be effective upon confirmation from The Alternative. -If cancellation is not made before the next monthly cycle, the Member will be charged for the following month. 3. Services and Access: -The Membership grants access solely to the Energy Enhancement System. -Membership excludes overnight EES sessions -All sessions are by appointment only and are subject to availability. Sessions can be booked online through the website’s booking system during available times. https://thealternativecollect.com *ONLY reserve the number of seats the member is certian they will need. Reserving additional seat that are unused will lead to addtional charge on card on file at the regular cost of $60.00 per seat/ per hour. -The Alternative reserves the right to adjust session availability or modify services with prior notice (Inclement weather, family emergency etc.) 4. Membership Benefits: -As part of this Membership, the Member/Family will receive access to exclusive perks. For example: occasional "plus one" invitations, early access to new therapies and services, and/or free Ionic Foot Bath Detox promos, etc. -These perks may be modified at The Alternative's discretion. 5. Health and Liability: - The Member agrees to consult with a healthcare provider prior to using the system if they have any pre-existing health conditions and concerns. -By purchasing this Membership, the Member releases The Alternative from liability regarding the use of the Energy Enhancement System, including any potential injury or adverse health effects. 6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: -This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which The Alternative operates. -Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. -By purchasing this Membership, the Member affirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
