Here's how this request works:
- Pick an open date that works for you
- Fill out the request form, fully, do not leave anything blank unless it does not apply to you.
- I'll get your request and either approve or deny it. This is dependent on my comfort and if it's something I am willing to do.

If you are approved, then I can't wait to work with you!
* Rate: $150 PER HOUR *

Requesting an appointment does require a credit card or bank card to be entered on file BUT your card is not charged UNLESS you happen to cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment or are a "no show".

1 and 2 hour appointments will be charged a $75 cancellation fee and 4 hour appointments will be charged $150 cancellation fee... all for an expensive box of tissues for me to cry into. So please communicate if you cannot make your appointment, we can always reschedule.

Another important note is that I take CASH ONLY, so please remember this day of! We do not have an ATM at the shop.
