GENERAL INFORMATION
We are located Hampshire. KSTYLIST specialise in wigs and weave services, locs, protective and natural hairstyles. We also supply luxury long-lasting Raw Vietnamese hair, Virgin Brazilian Bundles and custom made wigs which can be purchased at www.hairbykstylist.com
APPOINTMENT PROCESS
All wigs are pre-made and fully customised before your appointment. Your appointment is solely for fitting, styling and installation.
We require your hair/frontal to be with us a minimum of ten (10) working days before your appointment date. If you are purchasing hair from THE KSTYLIST COLLECTION please ensure to order the hair a minimum of fifteen (15) working days in advance to ensure that your hair gets delivered and prepared in time for your appointment.
If your hair is received later than the stipulated time or 2-3 days before your appointment, a rush order fee of £20.00 will be applied if we can facilitate the appoinment. If we have no availability, your appointment will be rescheduled with subsequent notice.
Your appointment is only confirmed when you get an appointment confirmation email from the appointee.
Hair customised and confirmed appointment deposits are non-refundable. All appointments require a 40% deposit which will be deducted from the total cost and is non-refundable in an event of cancellation.

COVID 19
KSTYLIST has put in place Covid-19 protocols to keep all parties safe.
- Mask are mandatory.
- Jackets & Coats must be taken off upon arrival
- Hands must be washed upon arrival
- Please do not book appointments if you have any flu-like symptoms or you have tested positive within the last 10 days for COVID-19. In the event you do experience flu like symptoms or test positive please inform KSTYLIST as soon as possible for the best-suited arrangements
- Absolutely no plus ones, including children (this may result in a cancellation and your card being charged for the expected service)

Frontals are not accepted on the day

When purchasing pre made wigs, lace or bundles PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR HAIR.
Kstylist only work with Raw hair or virgin hair.

Place your lace against a white surface and match the colour to the chart below.
AGAIN MAKE SURE THE LACE IS NOT DARK THAN YOUR COMPLEXION.
PREPARATION FOR APPOINTMENT
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of £20. Any time later with no notice, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next available date within the month or cancelled. Remember deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
NO SHOW AND NO NOTIFICATION WOULD RESULT TO YOUR ACCOUNT BEING BLOCKED AND YOU WOULD NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS WITH US.
