Books open on the 25th of each month by 9am. Calendar fills pretty quickly so please plan accordingly.

Deposit
- A $30 non-refundable deposit plus a $3 service fee is required in order to secure your appointment time and date. Your deposit of $30 will go towards your balance. If the deposit is not received you are at risk of your desired time slot not being saved.
- If you are unable to make your appointment please see the cancellation section.
Grace Period
- The client is given a grace period of 15 minutes after the time of service to arrive prior to the cancellation of the appointment. To ensure all clients are able to receive services in a timely manner it is imperative that you contact Nubian Impressions ASAP if you are running late. There will be a $15 late fee applied after this grace period.
- After 20 minutes you’re subject to cancellation and will incur a 100% of service fees charge
Cancellations
- Oh No!!!! Things came up and you have to postpone your latest style or service. Please remember to give a 24hr notice.
- Your deposit will not be transferrable if canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment. You are able to reschedule your appointment once using the prior deposit.
- Rescheduled appointment must be booked(scheduled) within 72 hours of cancellation or the deposit will be non-transferrable
- Same day cancellation will incur a 100% charge of service fee

Squeeze Ins
- Applies to any times or dates outside of normal business hours.
- An additional $75 will be applied to all services outside of normal business hours available.
Braiding Styles
- Hair must be at least 3" to allow precise and neat braids.
- .Hair must be shampooed, blown out, and detangled
- A $25 inconvenience fee will be assessed if detangling and extra blow drying is needed.
- Suggested hair: Colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4 are available in the salon. All additional colors can be offered at an additional fee.
- Times for each style are estimated as each individual's hair texture, special requests, and other factors can affect the time to complete style.
**Please be advised that any service lasting more than 4 hrs will have a break.
