Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
This class is designed to help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. It incorporates stretching, gentle movement, breath work and relaxation techniques. It is a 60-minute class for students of all experience levels and body types. This class is taught by LeAnn, who is an LPC currently training to become an RYT. This class is taught in person. Trauma Informed Yoga
Trauma-Informed (or as Megan likes to call it, Healing-Informed) yoga combines the power of neuroscience and somatic psychology in the therapeutic setting. Through mindfulness practice, emotional regulation, body awareness, and breath a nonjudgemental space is created for clients to explore these feelings and experiences while establishing a sense of control and safety within the body and mind. Megan is currently an RYT and is completing the last year of her LPC program.
