The clinician will review your medical history and lab work to create a customized program to fit your weight loss goals.

Our programs include Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy), Metformin, Mounjaro, appetite suppressants (such as Phentermine), meal replacement, vitamin injections, supplements and hormone therapy to promote healthy weight loss.

Full Fee for Visit: $149 ($49 deposit will be applied towards visit)
