Appointment cancellations and rescheduling are accepted up to ***FIVE BUSINESS DAYS*** prior to service. After this timeframe, all deposits are forfeited.
Deposits for appointments made near major holidays are non-transferable.
All payments made by credit/debit card incur a 3% processing fee to be absorbed by the client.
Clients more than 10 minutes late without advance notice and approval will be considered a "No-Show Appointment".
No-Show Appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost.
If additional services are requested during your appointment, they may not be honored, due to limited timing / product availability.

*Hair must be thoroughly detangled after removing braids and/or extensions prior to arrival, or the appointment will be canceled. If detangling is needed, advance notice required. Additional fees will apply.*
All pre-exisiting scalp conditions, alopecia, breakage, excessive tangling, etc., must be mentioned prior to scheduling.
Previously used extensions, installed by other stylists/salons are NOT ALLOWED.
A wide variety of premium hair extensions are available for purchase. Orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance, 14 days for custom orders.
Upon arrival, remain in your vehicle, notify the salon of your attendance via phone, and await clearance to enter the salon.
