Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to book any service
  • Deposits are non-refundable and transferrable only once

Cancellation Policy

  • you MUST cancel prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment to be able to transfer your deposit and avoid a cancellation fee
  • if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled & deposit forfeited
  • no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service
