I am Ms.Crystal, a licensed cosmetologist with a specialty in working with a diversity of hair textures, including kinky and biracial textured hair. I enjoy creating creative braids styles and innovative techniques, as well as offering natural hair care in the process.

I have 18 years of experience, 10 years in a salon setting (2024). Beauty is my passion and my overall goal is to enhance the confidence of each person who sit in my chair. I strongly believe and know for a fact that when you look good you feel great! So consider making your next beauty appointment here!

Please read this full policy before booking to ensure a smooth experience. There is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit needed to schedule.



All of your questions, comments and concerns are strongly encouraged, reach out to me if you need assistance.

Appointments are intended to be booked and canceled through this site. If you do not see the date or time that you desire please call/text 313.728.5422 to schedule a “squeeze in” appointment.
*Be informed that there is an additional price of $40 for squeeze ins and for appointments booked outside of regular business hours.

Payments

I accept Cash ( must have the exact amount, I’m unable to make change), CashApp, Debit/Credit Cards ONLY.



SAME DAY & SQUEEZE INS:

If you are interested in booking a same day appointment there will be a additional price of $25.

If you request an appointment on a day the Studio is closed there will be an additional $40 “squeeze in” price.

LATE POLICY

After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

If you plan to cancel your appointment you must manually do so through this site at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. If not, 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file. “No shows” will be charged 100% of service price.

    No excessive profanity.

  • All services are final, no refunds, but I do make reasonable accommodations within my discretion.

  • Send a picture of your desired style BEFORE appointment to ensure that the style is offered.
