  • PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOUR HAIR IS THIN, DAMAGED, OVER PROCESSED, SHEDDING, SHORT, BALDING AND HAS SCALP ISSUES SUCH AS SEVERE DANDRUFF, YOU CAN'T GET CERTAIN STYLES IF YOUR HAIR ISN'T HEALTHY AND WILL NOT LOOK THE SAME AS A PERSON WITH THICK FULL HEALTHY HAIR.

  • All client's are required to upload their state issued ID in order to schedule an appointment.
  • Your appointment will be canceled and non-refundable if you do not follow the salon terms & conditions and salon ID requirements.
  • Returns on clothing only if the item is in great condition as you receive it
  • Refunds are determine by condition of returned item and must be returned within 7 days or the item is non returnable and non-refundable
  • Size exchanges can only be done within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Please make sure that you let the salon know the correct size and color of your clothing item before purchasing
  • All cosmetic 💋💄 product & hair sales are final and non-refundable and non-returnable
  • All Deposits are non refundable but goes towards your hair service and classes
  • Any and all hair services and classes that have been completed are non refundable🚫
  • THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS DETERMINED BASED UPON THE SERVICE AMOUNT
  • THERE WILL BE A $35 CANCELATION FEE APPLIED TO ALL APPOINTMENTS
  • THE $75 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT APPLIES WHEN THE SERVICE AMOUNT IS HIGH. ALL CLASS NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS $200
  • A $50 charge will apply to any appointments scheduled at 5pm on weekdays or 4pm on weekends and after the closing of business hours plus state taxes
  • The $50 does not go towards your hair salon service and must be paid upfront before any hair services are started or completed
  • A $35 late fee will be applied to your service if you are 15 minutes late🕛 plus state taxes
  • After 15 minutes grace period your appointment will be canceled and non refundable
  • WEARING A MASK IS OPTIONAL ONLY IF YOU AREN'T COUGHING OR SNEEZING😷
  • If you do not pay a non-refundable deposit, you may not schedule an appointment and will be canceled
  • If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment after paying a non-refundable deposit, you will lose your appointment date and time, and will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to schedule a new appointment
  • Same day, last minute or squeeze in appointments are an additional $50 added to your hair service unless otherwise discussed with the salon owner/stylist
  • You can reschedule your appointment only 1 time.
  • After the 1 time reschedule courtesy you will be charged a new rescheduling fee if you would like to reschedule your appointment more than one time.
  • Do not schedule an appointment the same day that you have an event or appointment somewhere else and expect me to rush because your appointment with me may take longer than expected.
  • Do not schedule an appointment If you're on a lunch break from your job.
  • If you are in a rush, please reschedule your appointment
  • No kids or extra guests allowed unless being serviced
  • Please be respectful of others and their feelings
  • Treat others how you would like to be treated
  • Leave your negative attitudes at home
  • If you don't like children, do not schedule an appointment
  • If you have any questions or concerns about your hair service or appointment, please let me know in advance, over the phone (240)485-8836 cell, or in person before leaving the salon
  • The salon and I are not responsible for anyone's belongings👜🎒
  • Please keep your belongings safe and secured
  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment plus state taxes
  • If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will have to reschedule your appointment
  • If you are disruptive or violent, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be canceled and non-refundable
  • The salon and I have the right to refuse any and all hair services
  • Smoking is not allowed🚭
  • I will not redeem any Groupon's but I will honor the discount
  • A screen shot of the discounted price must be sent to me by text (240)485-8836 or email adoresalonllc@gmail.com
  • After I receive your screen shot, I will then send you a coupon code that you will apply when scheduling an appointment
  • If I don't receive a screen shot then you will not receive a discount as advertised
  • Debit card payments💳 for all hair services are to be paid upfront before any hair services are provided. Payment excepted for hair services is Zelle. You may also apply a tip at checkout when booking your appointment.
  • What another hair stylist has done to your hair doesn't mean that I will
  • Each hair stylists has different styling techniques
  • No Refunds on hair services that have been completed
  • No additional guests are allowed during your scheduled appointment👥Unless you are a kid being accompanied by an adult.
  • Client's that have scheduled an appointment for chemical services need to let the salon/stylist know your medical health history for safety precautions that may interact with your chemical services.
  • If you would like to schedule an appointment after closing business hours please contact the salon/stylist
  • A $75 non refundable deposit will be deducted from all appointments plus state taxes
  • Your appointment will be canceled and funds will be non-refundable if you do not follow salon policy and guidelines, and if any information is incorrect or not provided
  • NO Shows and No Calls📞are non-refundable📵 and will be charged additional fees when scheduling any future appointments
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so by notifying the stylist or salon before your scheduled appointment within 48 hours to avoid cancellation fee
  • I will give my recommendation on hair care during your appointment but once you leave the salon you're responsible for maintaining your hair
  • Additional services should be added online only when you are scheduling an appointment and not when you arrive at the salon unless discussed with the stylist.
  • No last minute changes to any hair services that wasn't discussed with the salon stylist.

  • Please call 📞Tammy If you need to reschedule or cancel your training class. Please reschedule or cancel before your scheduled class time or class payment will be non-refundable.
  • Late class arrival will receive a grace period of 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes your class will be canceled and non-refundable.
  • Deposit is non-refundable but goes towards your training class.
  • There is a $50 per hour non-refundable detangling fee plus state taxes that applies to all client's that requires their hair to be detangled before any services can be provided.
  • The detangling fee will only apply if the detangling service is more than 15 minutes
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that you're scheduling the correct appointment time.
  • I will not service any client's that are early before their scheduled appointment time
  • If you schedule an appointment for a certain day and time but arrive early, you will not be serviced and you will have to wait until your appointment time and day
  • THE SALON OR STYLISTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL HAIR SERVICES INCLUDING ANY OTHER SERVICES OFFERED BY THE SALON

How To Prepare For A Natural Hair Salon Appointment
The goal of a natural hair stylist is to make sure you leave your visit with beautiful natural hair that you love. While the majority of the appointment is in your stylists hands, we do have a few ways you can prepare for your appointment and help your stylist achieve the best look possible.
While these tips aren't hard, in some cases, they can be the difference between a hairstyle you love, and wanting to hid your hair under a hat.

1. Detangle your hair
Most salons will charge an extra fee for excessively tangled hair.
This is not because a stylist is greedy💰or can't do it herself, it's simply because of the time⌚it takes. If a stylist has back to back clients and has to detangle your hair too, it could put her behind and cause issues in getting other clients in and out of the salon.
The best thing you can do is detangle and braid up your hair for your stylist. This way, they'll have a great canvas to work with and get you in and out in record time.

2. Ask all your questions before your appointment🗣️
The goal of a natural hairstylist is to make sure you leave the salon happy and with healthy hair. It's ok to ask lots of questions about the type of products the salon uses, pricing structures and what you need to bring before hand i.e. hair, color, tools etc.
You can ask these questions while you're on the phone booking, or during your hair consult if you're booking for another day. Stylist want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in their skills and love being able to talk to you and answer any concerns you may have.

3. Provide your stylist with a full history
I can't stress this enough! Your hair history is so important for us to know about. From information on the last time you colored your hair, to medications you use, it's important to be transparent with your hairstylist from the beginning. This information is especially important if you're doing a chemical treatment. For example, if you recently colored your hair and forget to tell your stylist, if they try to change your hair color it could lead to damage and harm to your hair and scalp.
No matter how embarrassing or irrelevant it may seem, being transparent is the best way to get great results at the salon.

4. Nourish Your Hair At Home
While we can't say this applies to every salon, at Ador'e Salon LLC we put the health of your hair over the style. For example, if your hair is severely damaged and breaking and you come in for color, we'll recommend getting a treatment and holding off on color until your hair is healthier.
To prevent this from happening, it's important that you nourish and deep condition your own hair, especially if you don't frequently visit a salon. This way, when you go to your stylist they have a healthy canvas to work with and won't be limited on styles.
If you're looking for a great conditioner, we recommend that you consult with the stylist. A good conditioner can help with moisturizing and help keep your hair healthy in between salon visits.

5. Know Prices Can Go Up In The Chair
This is a sticky topic because most people want to know a price before they start an appointment. It's never fun to think something is one price and get surprised with a different fee. While stylists try to do their best to give a quote, a lot can change when you get in the chair. If they need more color, time or products the price has to adjust to account for usage.
While most times stylist try to stay within the price they quoted, let them know if you want to stay updated on any changes. They'll be able to let you know during the visit of any additional charges and prevent sticker shock at the end of your visit.

6. Know & Book The Right Style
Don't be afraid to bring pictures of the exact style you want. We love it when clients know exactly what they want and give us something to work with. This way we can prepare and schedule the right style from the beginning. This helps us allot enough time to make sure your hair is exactly how you like it. While we have been know to wing a style or two, this is our best recommendation for avoiding confusion and disappointment.

7. Relax
If you've done your research, asked your questions and trust your stylist, it's time for you to relax! Getting your hair done can be one of the most relaxing things you can do (who doesn't love having someone shampoo their hair). Once you've gone through picking a style and communicating with your stylist, sit back grab a magazine and prepare to look fabulous.
