Hi loves, my name is Molly and I am a Baltimore based photographer/MUA. If you need info on make up, please scroll all the way to the bottom. I currently work at Laurese Paintz Creative Studio. by booking with me you agree to my terms and conditions which are separate and may differ from Laurese Paintz. There's a lot to read here but I have sectioned it up to FAQ's.


Please, please, please confirm your appt. with me by text 443-799-7890 at least 3 days BEFORE. your appt date. I would love to service you and your appt. could be at risk if you don't.

BUSINESS HOURS: TUES-FRIDAY 10AM-3PM

SUNDAY 9AM-2PM

if you need to be serviced outside of these hours please message me directly. You may be eligible at no additional cost! :)

NO Editing is done on holidays.


Verbal Abuse Clause: I don't deal with verbal abuse and treat everyone with the upmost respect. You will be banned if you are a difficult/disrespectful client. I hold the right to refuse the completion of services if you are deemed a difficult client. Fraudulent activities are not acceptable. You will banned for fraudulent activities and prosecuted!

Expected turnaround 4-5 weeks.

How many days/months/weeks should I book in advance to get my pictures back?

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AN EVENT OR BIRTHDAY, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BOOK 1-2 MONTHS BEFORE YOU NEED YOUR PHOTOS TO BE COMPLETE. HIGH VOLUME OF CLIENTELE LEADS TO LONGER WAIT TIMES FOR PHOTOS. If you need your pictures back before 30 days from now, book a RUSH FEE ($75).

*If you are requesting additional edits, once they are started or completed you will be required to pay for them. If payment isn't made, you will not receive any edits and cannot secure a new appt until debt is satisfied

Clients are able to look over all pictures/poses during the shoot and may reshoot during their current shoot, within their time frame. Once client leaves, you agree that the shots that you shot are satisfactory to your liking and may not be re-shot unless booking a new session.


How long does it take for my pictures to come back?

There is a 30 business day turnaround time.

This may vary depending on volume of clientele (wait times may increase) RUSH FEE AVAILABLE. 3-4 day turnaround time with rush fee. Wait times for rush fee are subject to change based on volume of clients. By not paying the rush fee you are in agreeance to waiting the 20 business day turnaround time or longer depending on volume of clientele. Clients will receive all raw photos a week after their scheduled session (wait times may vary depending on business) You must submit corrections IMMEDIATELY or they may not be granted or it may extend your wait time. Clients are encouraged to check in for photos after a week by text. EXTRA EDITS AREN’T GUARANTEED. EXTRA EDITS MAY NOT BE INCLUDED WITHIN RUSH.

I lost my photos on my device, do you keep any copies?

If pictures are to be recovered on external disks, there is a $30 fee. Please save pictures to multiple devices.


Cancellations/Reschedules/Lateness:

I'm looking to book and I'm from out of town, is there a grace period if I am running late?

First, I'm so honored you are traveling to me from out of town! Thank you! So to ensure you have the best experience; OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS ARE URGED TO LEAVE EARLY. TRY TO ARRIVE 30 MINS EARLY TO ACCOUNT FOR TRAFFIC. ARRIVING TOO LATE MAY CAUSE YOUR APPT TO BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND/OR NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR SHOOT. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU NOT BEING ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR SHOOT BECAUSE OF YOUR LATE ARRIVAL. If you are going to arrive close to the 30 minute cut off period, it is best to reschedule.

What happens if I can't make my appt for ANY reason?

Retainer (deposit) is non refundable! I DO NOT refund deposits under any circumstances.

Cancelled appointments are non refundable. Your appointment is subject to cancel if you are 30 mins or more late to your appt. and it does go against clients shoot time.

If I am not notified that you are late at least 15 minutes into your shoot time, it will be canceled and you will be considered a no call-no show. Please, let me know you will be late as soon as possible. NO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. No call/ No show will be a ban from booking site.

RESCHEDULING:

Reschedule dates are given when my schedule opens back up. A rescheduling fee will be applied to clients balance. Clients aren’t allowed to reschedule more than 1 time. You will be required to book a new appointment.

SHOOT DAY QUESTIONS (CREATIVE IDEAS, POLICIES, PROPS):

Do you think of the ideas and have props? Do I bring my own props?

I do not think of ideas for clients unless booked for creative direction. Each client will have creative control over their shoots. If you would like me to handle partial or all of creative responsibility for a shoot, you MUST book the creative direction option. I do not provided key props unless booked for this option. Creative direction is for 1 look. No advanced edits or things which are not physically present will be automatically added to your shoot. I.e. a ocean or mermaid background when booking a appt with a ADVANCED EDIT*. It will be a plain backdrop otherwise.

*What is a advanced edit? Does everyone get one?Advanced edits are edits which change the background or add something significantly different which wasn't originally in the physical pictures. I.e.

Client wants to add a motorcycle in the background of a picture they took on a plain white background.

Background edits are NOT included for each picture, Only one photo is Guaranteed for the background edit if approved .I will not always agree to change the background so come prepared with your own props and set up.

Originally, I booked a ____ shoot, but I now want to downgrade this shoot. Can I pay the difference?

Please note, if you change the amount of looks after booking, it will not reflect on the price. You may upgrade your shoot, if approved and will require to use a larger time slot.

NOTE: Robes/Satin Fabric/Backdrop/Shoot Type are all subject to change. Colors may get rotated/replaced and no longer available for you to shoot. Robes are typically one size fits all. All colors of robes/satins can be found in the highlight section of my page on IG @mollymystic. These are all current and frequently updated. At this time, backdrop colors will be picked by me and requesting certain colors/changing colors during the shoot will be subject to a fee of $25. It is the clients responsibility to verbally request the background change. Otherwise, I will not know if you don't verbally request it. However, backdrop colors/props/ robes etc. availability are subject to change. Robes, silk, etc. are free of charge. Background colors cannot be changed after the shoot. If approved, it will be $40 per picture.

Can I bring extra

people with me to my photoshoot?

Please do not bring any more than 2 extra guest with you to your session, unless they will be included in the actual shoot. This must be discussed with me prior.

Can I pay my full balance instead of deposit?

Paying deposit only is recommended as paying full balance will NOT be refunded.

Edits are not included in sale prices or coupons unless otherwise stated.

If you book anything that has to be created or bought and do not pay your deposit for those items, decide you don't want them, or don't pay the deposit in time you will still be required to pay the full price. If that payment isn't satisfied by the time of your shoot then you will be canceled and banned from rebooking.

Please come with a clean face and cleaned up brows. Remainder of the payment is to be paid in cash. Lashes are included or you may bring your own. It does not change the price. If you come with lashes on I am not responsible for any loss of lash pieces etc. Once booked, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. After 15 mins late your appt will be cancelled. There are no exceptions to this policy. No refunds will be given on deposit. No refunds.

Please be advised you may be subject to being audio/video recorded and I own the rights to all pictures and video taken. Pictures/File may be publicly or privately shared. Pictures are subject to be advertisements and may be removed off my page at any time at my discretion.
