$15 non-refundable deposit must be paid within an hour of booking or appointment will result to an automatic cancellation.

• I am accepting remaining balances in CASH


• or CARD payment (taxes inc.)

LATE FEES:

• There is a 15 minute grace period after scheduled appointment time.


• After 15 minutes you'll be required to pay $10 late fee.


• After 30 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled.

! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE ON TIME !

• If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you will be able to do so 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time. Your deposit will be credited to your next appointment.


• If you decide to reschedule last minute (same day) you will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit.
