Policies
General:
- $45 non-refundable deposit required to secure all bookings: deposits go towards your service total
- No refunds or exchanges
- We do not work on top of other peoples work, we require all new clients to arrive with bare nails
- Must be 13 years of age or older to book
- No other guests are permitted in our home studio unless notified and approved before booking
- Timing for services is only approximate
- No eating will be permitted during your service, but we do offer complimentary tea, coffee or water!
Reschedules/Cancellations/Tardiness:
- We require 72 hours notice for reschedules to not forfeit your deposit
- We require 72 hours notice for any modifications to your service or add-ons
- For any service or add-on modifications made within 72 hours of your appointment, full price of the greater will be charged
- All cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit
- In the event WE need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded immediately, or we can reschedule you to a later date
- We kindly ask if you arrive early please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment start time. We dont have a waiting area in our home studio & cannot guarantee we can accept you early.
- There is a 10 minute grace period, if you are later then 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled & your deposit will be forfeited. Please notify us if you're running behind!
- No call/no shows: deposit forfeited & you will be unable to book with us again
Health & Safety:
- If we feel you are ill at anytime during your appointment, we have the right to refuse service immediately. This will result in your deposit being forfeited
- For each appointment we ensure to wear a mask, a new pair of gloves & properly disinfect all tools & high touch areas between each client with an approved Health Canada cleaning agent. Single-use items will be discarded after each use or given to the client to take home!
- We will not work on your nails if you have a nail infection
- Every 5th Structured Gel Manicure appointment requires a soak off removal to ensure optimal nail health & product adhesion
- This is a safe space, absolutely no hate is tolerated
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at anytime
Payment Methods:
- Preferred Payment Method: E-transfer. Also accepting: Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple pay, Google pay & Cash (we do not have cash on hand, it must be exact change)
