Your coach will start by getting to know more about you: your goals, fitness level, athlete-type and training limitations. They will then design a series of fitness tests relevant to your specific focus. These active tests will reveal your baseline performance in the metrics that matter to you when it comes to strength, power, mobility and cardio. Includes a VO2 Max test done on the treadmill. This assessment must be booked on Sundays when the chamber is at sea-level.
