To book an after hours appointment, please text me for availability. There will be an additional fee added on to your balance depending on the style.
A non - refundable deposit is required to book. The deposit goes towards your total. In the event that you can not make it to your appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please go to your confirmation email and you can reschedule once with the same deposit and or cancel the appointment. It will only allow you to reschedule/cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If it's not within the timeframe, a new appointment needs to be booked.

CANCELATION & LATE POLICY
- There is a 10 minute grace period after the 10 mins your appt will be canceled. There is NO grace period for fit in appts.
- No call / No show = if you don’t cancel via the website or contact me and cancel, you are a considered a no call no show and you’ll be charged for your appt.
- If YOU cancel, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
- Please Note: In the unlikely occasion that I need to cancel a booked appointment, all deposits WILL be refunded if canceled by Kei.

( kid loc clients are accepted)
- Hair must be washed, blow dried (from root to end), and product free (including oils). Failure to comply will result possible cancelation or a day of wash or blow dry fee unless a wash/blow dry is booked.
- I MUST BE ABLE TO RUN MY FINGERS THROUGH YOUR HAIR.
- IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED, SHORT, OR THINNING HAIR/EDGES PLEASE CONSULT WITH ME BEFORE BOOKING.
- The default length for most styles is midback length. Extra length can be added on. If you do not include a hair color, 1b will be used.
- If you choose to bring your own hair, the price will not change. If you show up with the wrong hair and your appt is delayed due to getting the right hair there will be a $25 fee charged.
- Sometimes the style may take longer than expected depending on the density/length of your hair. I take pride in my work and will not be rushed.
- *Faux locs* When choosing hair color other than the natural colors, please try and book atleast a week in advance just in case I have to order something specific.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ADD ONS - I do work with my hands all day so please be patient and allow 24-48 hours for a response. I promise I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m able.
