Welcome to the SPS space booking portal to reserve spaces in or around campus. SPS currently offers shared office, workstations, drop spaces or conference rooms on campus at Lewisohn Hall or off-campus at 33 West 60th Street on the 7th and 9th floors.

These shared spaces are intended to support flexibility to faculty and staff who are working between locations and/or are working off-sites for several hours or a day.

Guidelines on reserving meeting and shared spaces:

  • Avoid scheduling recurring weekly meetings, and consecutive time blocks in excess of 2 hours.
  • No-shows will be flagged and tracked, frequent no-shows might jeopardize the privilege of booking space in the future

Shared space defined as

  • Shared office is a space with walls and doors. Each contains two desks each equipped with a chair, IT equipment, keyboard, mouse. We urge you to carry your own headphones.
  • Workstation is a semi-enclosed space with a chair, IT equipment, keyboard and mouse.
  • Drop down space is space in an open forum, no IT equipment or related items available.
  • Conference rooms have multiple chairs with table and AV/IT access

Please ensure care and cleanliness of the space while in use.

Please be mindful that these are shared spaces and ensure volume is kept to an appropriate level so everyone may enjoy the space for their intended use.
