Please read the following before booking.
▫️ A $25 deposit is required to book.
▫️ Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
▫️ Funds accepted for remaining balances:
Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, or Exact Cash.
▫️ Emergency appointments are available for an additional $25. This includes appointments scheduled on Sunday & Monday.
If time desired is not available please contact Ebony via text.
▫️ If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
▫️ Please text if you’re running late. A $20 fee will be applied after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
▫️ “No Call No Show” & “Same Day Cancellation” will result in 100% charge of the service and a $30 scheduling fee will be applied to following appointment.
▫️ Please ensure the hair and lace you are getting installed is clean and free of product.
▫️If you are receiving an installation; Hair must be received or purchased at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid additional charges or cancellation.
▫️ Please notify Ebony via text before dropping off hair. When you drop your hair off at the salon please label it with your name, number, appointment time and date.
If your appointment is on a Tuesday or Wednesday, your hair must be dropped off at the salon by Saturday because we are closed Sunday and Monday.
▫️ No gray or stiff lace or service maybe denied.
▫️ All lace installs require unused lace unless it was previously installed by Ebony.
▫️ It is important that you add any additional services to your appointment such as: curls, crimps, install removal or bob cut to block off additional time needed for your service.
