We are located in the town of Gates in Rochester, NY !
Before Scheduling an appointment please read over terms and conditions:
- All services require a deposit Non refundable , deposit's will only be transferred one time if you have to reschedule for any reasons. You have to reschedule within 7 days or a new deposit will have to be made. This fee will be credited towards your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment , Please do it as soon as possible you have 24hrs from your scheduled appointment to avoid fees. Otherwise , you will be charged 50% of the service(s) price, Minimum $25 for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. Arrival after 10 minutes are consider no shows. All sales are Final !!!
- Please be On time to your appointment !!
- All customers have to fill out consent forms, first time customers please arrive 10 -15 mins early to fill out consent forms.
- Waxing: both hard and soft wax will be used . If you have recently shave , You must wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment for best results. Hair length must be at least 1/4 (grain of rice). Coarser hair it should be closer to 1/2 inch.
- HYGIENE PROTOCOL: Please shower or freshen up before you come to your appointment. The cleaner you are, the more thorough we can be.
- MENSTRUAL CYCLE: You tend to be more sensitive around your period which can make your skin more prone to lifting and make your experience more painful, keep that in mind when making appointments. If you are on your period, you must put in a fresh tampon right before your service. If you do not wear tampons for personal reasons, please book after your cycle. If you have a heavy flow, please refrain from booking. If you show up to your appointment and there's too much blood for my comfort, service will be refused, incurring a full service charge.
- CHILDREN | ADDITIONAL GUEST: No additional guest unless they are being serviced. No children under 12 are allowed. It is against NYS health and safety regulations to have children in the spa unsupervised. If you arrive to your appointment with children without prior permission, service will be refused and a 50% inconvenience fee will be charged.
- We follow all CDC guidelines and regulations. Please wear your mask while entering/ leaving the facility.
- Temperature will be taken upon arrival.
- Payments types: card, cash app and Cash has to be the exact amount!
