A $25 Deposit will be required when booking. If you reschedule within 24 hours after confirming your appointment you will lose the deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The $25 deposit will be automatically charged on your stored credit/debit card 24 hrs prior your appointment.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
Each client is sent a confirmation email when they book their appointment. Through this email you can reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is booked 1 month or so in advance and need to reschedule it, please use your confirmation email.
You are also sent a confirmation text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. That message is sent to inform you that that is the final hour that you can reschedule your appointment. After that time frame expires, you are no longer allowed to reschedule your appointment. It will be considered same day cancellation. (Refer to same day cancellation policy) PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE CANCELING! The deposit is non refundable no matter the instance
SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the non refundable deposit, it would be best to reschedule your appointment to a later time or date prior to your appointment date. No matter the instance, if you notify me that you are canceling your appointment on the same day, it will be considered a no show and you be CHARGED 100% of the remaining balance.
If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day please do your best to reschedule first before canceling. Please reschedule any and all appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Having your menstrual cycle (period or cramps) is NO reason to cancel your appointment. Please book accordingly. If you are cramping or have heavy flow please reschedule the night prior. Please note we still perform sugaring services while clients are on their menstrual cycle, you must wear a tampon or a diva cup. Pads are not acceptable.
Sugaring Prep Care
- Exfoliate the skin a minimum of two days before the appointment. Do NOT exfoliate the day before, the day of, or the day after.
- Do not moisturize by putting creams or lotions on the areas that will be receiving treatment.
- Do not apply deodorant if getting underarm sugaring
- For best results, hair should be at least 1/4 of an inch long.
If you currently....
- Razor/Shave: Allow at least 10-14 days of regrowth before getting sugared
- Wax: Allow 4 weeks of regrowth before getting sugared
- Sugar: 4-6 weeks of Regrowth
Sugaring Post Care
24 Hours after sugaring treatment, you should AVOID the following:
- Do not apply scented lotions or creams
- Do not exfoliate the skin 48 hours after treatment
- Deodorant (if you had underarms sugared)
- Heat (including saunas, steam rooms, and hot yoga)
- Direct sunlight, tanning beds and infrared lights
- Working out (skip the gym for the day)
- Water (pool, beach, lake etc..)
- Make-up (of you had any facial sugaring)
- Sexual activity of any kind
- Any friction (touching, scratching, or rubbing the treatment area)
It is important to exfoliate and hydrate the your skin. Start exfoliating the skin 2 days after the sugaring treatment and the 2-3 days a week. To exfoliate, you can use exfoliating gloves and move in a up and down motion. For more sensitive areas like the bikini or brazilian, exfoliate for 3-5 minutes in the shower. In order to keep skin hydrated, use Healing Oil or Hydration Serum nightly.
When you are being sugaring you can no longer use razors, get regular waxes or use any other hair removal treatments. This defeats the purpose of and defeats the benefits of body sugaring.
