Deposits

  • All appointments require a $17 non-refundable deposit when booking. A total of $15 will be applied toward your total balance and the remaining $2 is held as a processing fee.
  • In the event of an emergency, and your appointment is canceled by myself; your deposit will be refunded or used to reschedule and that service will be discounted due to the inconvenience.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

  • Grace Period = 10 mins (anything over the allotted time (10) mins) your appointment will be canceled (up to my discretion) or your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Canceling or rescheduling can be done (24) hrs. prior to your appointment date through the confirmation email. If you are having trouble, please message me for assistance.
  • If your appointment is rescheduled within the allotted time frame (24) hrs. prior to your appointment date; your deposit is transferable. No new deposit is needed!
  • No Call No show's = Card on file being charged for the remaining balance. If the card declines you will be banned from booking until payment is received in full.
