BOOKING POLICY

*Please read each service thoroughly and follow the guidelines for each service.

*No kids or extra guests during appointment unless being serviced.

*I DO NOT work over other stylist work, if I DID NOT install it, I cannot fix it.

*Please include the correct contact information when booking. (A BOOKING CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL OR TEXT AFTER DEPOSIT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED)

*Hair is not included in any of my services.

*I require you to come with your hair washed and blow dryed unless you book the service for a wash a blow dry as well as the service you are requesting.

To Book and Secure your appointment, there is a $15 NON refundable deposit that goes toward the total of your service... continue to use the checkout and pay the deposit through the website with your credit or debit card at the time of service the REMAINING AMOUNT MUST BE IN CASH OR CARD (your appointment will not be booked or secured until the deposit is secured) (this deposit is NOT transferrable, meaning it cannot be used to cover another day! It can only be used for the day you originally scheduled, if you have to cancel another deposit is required to reschedule) Thank you again.

Late Fee

*$15 LATE FEE AFTER 15 MINUTES, CANCELATION AFTER 30 MINUTES

*I ENCOURAGE YOU TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF CANCELING, ONCE YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT!

*IF YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU HAVE TO DO SO WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SERVICE.
